1. Orders & Custom Products
- All products sold on BornInk are custom-made and printed as per your request.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled if the printing process has already started.
- Ensure your designs and details are correct before submitting your order.
2. Payments
- e accept payments through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal, and UPI.
- All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
- We do not store your credit/debit card details on our server.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location and order volume.
- Express/One-Hour Printing is available in select areas (additional charges may apply).
- Once dispatched, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party courier services.
4. Return & Exchange Policy
- Since all items are custom printed, we do not offer returns or refunds unless the product is:
- Defective or damaged upon arrival
- Incorrect in size/design as per your original order
- To initiate a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your product with proof.
5. Design & Intellectual Property
- You confirm that all designs uploaded by you for printing are either owned by you or you have permission to use them.
- BornInk is not liable for any copyright or trademark violations.
- All website content, product images, and branding are the intellectual property of BornInk and may not be used without written permission.
6. Website Usage
- You must not misuse the website by knowingly introducing viruses or attempting unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to block users who violate these terms or engage in fraudulent behavior.
